C-Trilogy Outreach’s Mind Matter Summit: Strengthening Mental Health Across East Texas will feature expert speakers to educate the public and other health care professionals on all aspects of mental wellness, as well as help destigmatize mental illness.
Registration is free and open to the public. Continuing Education credits are available to attendees for a $100 fee.

Founded in 2020 by Longview native Dr. Tracy Hicks, NP, C-Trilogy Outreach is the nonprofit arm of C-Trilogy Comprehensive Care Clinic. In 2022 it became a nationally recognized Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). C-Trilogy’s mission is to make care more equitable, more integrated, and more accessible for every person regardless of background, income or insurance status.
