Mental Health Services
Your partner in behavioral health and recovery
At C‑Trilogy Outreach, we’re dedicated to delivering holistic, evidence‑based mental health services to address the needs of individuals and families in our community. From individual and group therapy to medication management, crisis intervention and specialized programs for veterans, we offer care designed to support your journey toward mental wellness.

Getting started: Screening, diagnosis & assessment
Your mental health journey starts with a thorough screening, assessment, and diagnosis conducted by our licensed professionals. From these results, we’ll develop your personalized treatment plan and ongoing support.
Integrated Therapy & Psychiatric Services
-
Individual Therapy
We offer individual therapy tailored to your unique experiences and goals. Our team uses a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help address depression, anxiety, trauma, and other behavioral health challenges. Together, we focus on building resilience, emotional regulation, and practical coping skills that support your ability to manage challenges and experience long-term mental and emotional wellness.
-
Group Therapy
Group therapy provides a supportive, structured environment where people can connect with peers, share experiences and learn strategies for healing. Our groups explore topics such as recovery, stress management, emotional regulation and healthy relationships. Guided by licensed clinicians, group sessions promote belonging, build emotional awareness, and reduce isolation, helping participants feel empowered and better equipped to face life’s challenges with confidence.
-
Medication Support
Our psychiatric providers may prescribe medication support as part of comprehensive treatment plans. After careful evaluation, we work closely with clients to prescribe and monitor medications that help manage symptoms safely and effectively. C-Trilogy is a certified Spravato® treatment center for adults with treatment-resistant depression, and we offer access to our on-site pharmacy for convenience, consistency, and continuity of care for medication needs.

C‑Trilogy Outreach proudly partners with the local VA Clinic to deliver intensive, community‑based behavioral health care to qualifying members of the U.S. Armed Forces and veterans. These services are especially available to:
Armed Forces members located 50 miles or more (or one hour’s drive time) from a Military Treatment Facility (MTF)
Veterans living 40 miles or more (driving distance) from a VA medical facility
All services are delivered onsite at C‑Trilogy’s offices, following Veterans Health Administration (VHA) clinical guidelines, including the Uniform Mental Health Services Handbook. We provide trauma‑informed care, evidence‑based therapy, peer support, and community connections to support veterans on their path to recovery and reintegration.
-
C‑Trilogy’s Targeted Case Management assists people with complex and/or chronic behavioral health needs by accessing medical, educational, legal, social and other essential services. Our team implements targeted interventions to help sustain recovery, improve quality of life, and coordinate high‑quality, efficient care aligned with each person’s wellness and recovery goals.
-
We provide Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services (PRS) to help people transition from in-patient treatment to out-patient care. PRS helps strengthen daily living skills, self‑management and relapse prevention and addresses psychiatric symptoms, substance use and emotional challenges that may interfere with maintaining roles at home, work, school and in the community.
