Substance Use Disorder Treatment

Recovery from substance use is possible — with the right support. At C‑Trilogy Outreach, we provide outpatient, evidence-based addiction treatment in a compassionate and judgment-free environment. Whether you're looking for help with alcohol, opioids and other substances, or co-occurring mental health conditions, our team is here to walk beside you with dignity and hope.

We specialize in treating clients with dual diagnoses, such as substance use paired with depression, PTSD or anxiety. Our integrated care team ensures both conditions are addressed simultaneously through coordinated, person-centered treatment plans.

Additional Services

Substance use crisis services

If you or someone you love is experiencing a behavioral health or addiction-related crisis, our team is here to help — quickly and compassionately. Learn more on our Crisis Services page, or call us for immediate support.

Medication-assisted treatment

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) combines counseling and medication to treat substance use disorders and support long-term recovery. We offer MAT in a safe, supervised outpatient setting, with continuous care coordination. Our providers work with each individual to determine the best clinical approach for their specific needs.

Peer, family & caregiver support

Family and caregiver involvement is encouraged when appropriate to strengthen an individual’s recovery outcomes. Our Peer/Family/Caregiver Support Services are led by individuals with lived experience in recovery. These services provide non-clinical, trauma-informed support focused on emotional resilience, skill-building and recovery maintenance.
